Campaign management tools allow you to efficiently organise and maintain your recruitment campaigns through three core functions accessed via the campaign actions menu. These tools help you keep your workspace organised by enabling you to rename campaigns for clarity, duplicate successful campaigns as templates for similar roles, and archive completed campaigns to maintain a clean active list while preserving access to historical data when needed.

This feature enables you to perform the following actions:
Rename campaigns - Update campaign names and titles instantly and unlimited times
Duplicate campaigns - Create exact copies of existing campaigns with all configurations included
Archive campaigns - Remove campaigns from active lists while maintaining full data access
View archived campaigns - Access and review previously archived campaigns
Restore campaign visibility - Switch between viewing active and archived campaign lists
Organise campaign workspace - Maintain clean, manageable campaign organisation
Step-by-Step Instructions
Renaming Campaigns
Accessing Rename Function
Navigate to Campaign Dashboard: Go to your main campaign management interface
Locate Target Campaign: Find the campaign you want to rename in your campaign list
Access Actions Menu: Click the three dots on the right-hand side of the campaign
Select Rename Option: Choose "Rename" from the dropdown actions menu
Executing Rename Process
Click on Rename: Select the rename option from the available actions
Edit Campaign Name: Type in the new campaign name you want to use
Instant Update: The campaign name updates immediately and displays the new name
