Feature Overview

Campaign stage management allows you to track and update candidate progress throughout your recruitment process using customisable stages that reflect your hiring workflow. You can update stages individually or in bulk, and these stage changes are tracked in comprehensive reporting dashboards that provide funnel analysis and campaign performance insights. Stage updates help maintain clear visibility of where candidates stand in your recruitment process.

    Updating Candidate Stages

    Individual Stage Updates

    1. Navigate to Target Campaign: Open the campaign containing candidates whose stages you want to update

    2. Select Individual Candidate: Use the tick box on the left-hand side to select a single candidate

    3. Access Stage Change: The "Change Stage" box appears at the bottom of the screen

    4. Select New Stage: Click "Change Stage" and choose the appropriate stage from available options

    5. Confirm Update: Click "Confirm" to apply the stage change

    6. Verify Change: Stage update reflects immediately in the candidate list

  • Bulk Stage Updates

    1. Multi-Select Candidates: Use tick boxes to select multiple candidates whose stages need updating

    2. Bulk Selection: Choose all candidates that should receive the same stage update

    3. Access Bulk Change: Click "Change Stage" when multiple candidates are selected

    4. Apply Uniform Stage: Select the stage that should apply to all selected candidates

    5. Confirm Bulk Update: Confirm the change to apply to all selected candidates
