The Campaign Link Generation feature allows you to create shareable application links that connect directly to your Popp campaigns. Instead of uploading candidates manually, you can embed these links in job postings, social media, or websites, enabling candidates to apply directly and automatically enter your campaign workflow. The feature includes branded candidate application forms with your company information and privacy policy, creating a seamless, professional candidate experience that triggers immediate conversation engagement.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Creating a Link-Based Campaign

Campaign Setup Process

  1. Start Campaign Creation: Begin the process of creating a new campaign

  2. Select Generation Method: Choose "Generate Link" as your second option (not the default upload method)

  3. Complete Campaign Setup: Follow the standard campaign creation flow for:

    • Setting up questions (knockout and general)

    • Configuring conversation logic

    • Adding preferred answers and scoring criteria

    • Setting up opening and closing messages

  4. Launch Campaign: Click "Start Campaign" to activate your link-based campaign

Initial Campaign State

  1. Live Campaign Creation: Your campaign becomes active and live immediately
