Commit candidate statuses to the ATS

Last updated: July 28, 2025

Feature Overview

The ATS commitment feature allows you to automatically synchronise candidate status changes and actions from your Popp analysis directly to your Applicant Tracking System. You can configure multiple actions based on different candidate statuses, including sending rejection emails, adding candidates to campaigns, and updating ATS records with new statuses. The system provides two execution modes: Save Only (for configuration without immediate execution) and Save and Action (for immediate implementation), with automated processing for future candidates.

Available Actions

This feature enables you to perform the following actions:

  1. Configure multiple status-based actions - Set up different automated responses for various candidate statuses

  2. Send automated rejection emails - Automatically email rejected candidates

  3. Add candidates to campaigns - Automatically enroll qualified candidates in engagement workflows

  4. Update ATS status records - Sync candidate status changes with your ATS system

  5. Choose execution timing - Control when actions are implemented (immediate or saved for later)

  6. Automate future candidate processing - Apply configured actions to all new candidates meeting criteria
