Adding a job to an existing ruleset

Last updated: July 28, 2025

Feature Overview

The Ruleset feature allows you to save and reuse analysis configurations across multiple job postings. Once you've created a ruleset with specific requirements, rules, and actions for analysing candidates, you can easily apply the same criteria to future jobs without having to reconfigure the analysis parameters each time. This feature is particularly useful when you have recurring positions with similar requirements or when you want to maintain consistent evaluation standards across multiple job postings.

Available Actions

This feature enables you to perform the following actions:

  1. View existing rulesets - Browse all previously created rulesets

  2. Add jobs to rulesets - Assign new job postings to existing rulesets

  3. Review ruleset configurations - Examine requirements, rules, and actions before applying them

  4. Modify ruleset components - Edit, delete, or add new requirements, rules, and actions

  5. Monitor analysis progress - Track the status of candidate analysis

  2. Browse through the list of all previously created rulesets
