Feature Overview

The Meeting Transcription feature automatically captures and stores transcripts of interviews scheduled through Popp's Scheduling Agent. When meetings are booked via Popp, the system joins the call and creates a searchable, permanent record of the conversation, eliminating the need for manual note-taking during interviews.

Accessing Meeting Transcripts

Finding Transcripts for Scheduled Interviews

Via Candidate Profile:

  1. Navigate to your campaign dashboard

  2. Click on a candidate who has completed an interview

  3. Look for the Meeting Details

  4. View the complete transcript of the conversation

Transcript Availability:

  • Transcripts are only available for meetings scheduled through Popp

  • Transcription occurs automatically when interview takes place

  • No additional setup required beyond scheduling the meeting
